Shipping Policy
Faehaven Farm offers a variety of Plants, Seeds, & personalized items. All from our Haven to Yours! Receive a personal one on one experience with the owner from start to finish. Shipping is just as important in the growth of our plants! Faehaven secures every order inside the box to prevent damages. They are wrapped and each product has their own method for these standards.
In summer boxes are vented for heat to escape, while in winter heat packs and insulation are provided for a small fee. Materials used can be: Bubble wrap, cotton, paper materials, craft paper, gift wrapping, clear cellophane cover, thermal insulation and more. If for any reason the carrier harms your order please contact the carrier for a full refund of the damaged item. Faehaven will never ask for the products back and the carrier will refund you once a claim report has been processed with them. We can help if needed but it is pretty straight forward.

Shipping will take place based on each item ordered. Most are ready t ship in 24 hours or less. For hand crafted favors and other orders as such Faehaven may need 1-3 days to prepare. You will be notified if the order will need time, and if not contacted expect shipping within 24 hours. Pick up is available as well as local delivery for a small service fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Faehaven Farm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, we have a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure you can buy with confidence. Each return policy can be found in every items description located in every listing. For specific inquiries contact us on our contact page. No exchanges on products as all plants are different and each is unique. There wouldn't be a way to exchange exactly.
